The Area

Woodcock Farm’s self-catering holiday cottages are situated right on the famous Snake Pass (A57), and ideally located for exploration of the Peak District National Park, as well as use of numerous nearby amenities and attractions. We are remote enough to feel like a peaceful escape, whilst still being within walking distance of pubs, shops and the vibrant main high street of Glossop, with its many cafes, restaurants and bars. You may experience some road noise from the Snake Pass, particularly on sunny days, but we have fitted triple glazing and heavily insulated the bedrooms so this shouldn’t bother our guests too much at night.
